All prices listed are accurate to the best of our ability. In the rare case that an item is listed incorrectly, Exoline Online reserves the right to refuse the sale and may offer the items again at with the correct information.

Exoline Online does not guarantee the availability of any items listed on %s. If the item selected for purchase is not available, Exoline Online will make every effort to contact the customer to notify them of the cancellation.

Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically mailed confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be cancelled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit. Please further note that Exoline Online shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, Exoline Online shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the purchase.

Our items is sold in as is condition. Jewelry, like all material, is susceptible to damage and requires preventative measures and maintenance. It is important to be aware of your jewelry while wearing it and to choose pieces that are appropriate for your lifestyle. We recommend removing all jewelry, especially rings, in situations when abnormal contact is expected.

If an item purchased from Exoline Online incurs damage, please return it to the store. We will take the item in, review the damage and possible cause with our jeweler, and contact you with an estimate for the repair.

RETURNS:

Web returns are eligible for refund, exchange or store credit. This is separate from our retail store return policy, where returns are only eligible for exchange or store credit.

At Exoline Online we’ll gladly accept the return of items within 10 days of order delivery. The goods must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Returned items must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt. Special orders, custom jewelry, fragrances, soaps and skin care are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Items are eligible for repair with reasonable wear and tear for up to 6 months. Reasonable wear and tear will be determined by Exoline Online.

Customers will assume responsibility for return shipping charges. Exoline Online will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of return packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to the Exoline Online returns office.

If all conditions are met, the original form of payment will be credited; if not, all items will be shipped back to the customer with an explanation. Customer incurs all shipping costs for all returned items.

SALES TAX:

Sales tax is charged on orders shipped within New York state at the local tax rate.

If you need to change your order please email sales@mystore.com as soon as possible. We are happy to make any changes before your order has been shipped.

SHIPPING:

We ship domestically using USPS. We offer express and priority mailing services. Rates will be calculated based on weight and destination at time of checkout. Express mail is guaranteed 2 day delivery, while priority mail is 2-3 day delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We ship internationally to all countries. Rates are calculated at time of checkout. Exoline Online is not responsible for customs fees incurred from importing goods. International shipment time varies based on destination, but is generally 3 to 5 business days. Fragrance may not be shipped internationally.

TRACKING NUMBERS:

Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email containing the tracking number for your shipment. Exoline Online only ships packages Monday through Friday.

PRIVACY POLICY:

At Exoline Online we will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone. Information submitted to us is only available to our employees and contracted service providers that are processing your order or tending to your other requests. Any information and data we gather is only used to learn more about customers so Exoline Online can better serve you in the future. If changes to this privacy policy are made they will be posted here promptly.
